Who do present that there is no Parke or Grounde for the brede of horses within the said parish saving that Sir Peter Carew hath the Parke Monesottrey which is two miles compass and furnished with horses and mares accordinge to the statute. Nether that there is any horse, gelding or mare conveyed or carried out of the said parish into parts beyond the sea and that the inhabitants chardgeable by the said Statute of armor have their furniture as folowith.
