Robert Polhill Bevan Paintings
Robert Polhill Bevan visited Applehays cottage in Clayhidon over several years to paint local landscapes. In early 1920 he moved to Marlpitt cottage in Luppitt, and lived there until 1925 when he was taken ill - he moved back to London and died later that same year.
